Instructions on how to join the Concert:

When you bought your ticket on the Never the Bride TV website, you should have received a confirmation email which included a link to download your Digital Ticket.

If you purchased a ticket and did not received the email with the download link, please check the spam and filters on your email, contact us at ntbtv@neverthebride.com or call +44 20 8549 1667

To Join the Live Stream…

1. Download your ticket from the link in your email. This ticket has the password you will need to access the ‘Living Room Live’ concert.
2. Go to: https://www.neverthebride.tv/living-room-live
3. Enter your email address into the email field and click submit, this will now ask you for a password.
4. Enter the password on your ticket into the password field and you should be redirected to our live stream page.

During the concert:

The concert will be live-streamed for a private audience on YouTube.

If you would like to join in with the live chat, click the word ‘Youtube’ in the bottom right corner of your video.

This will open the live stream in YouTube and you will have access to the chat.

Note: You will need to set up a Youtube account to use the chat function; follow the instructions in the chat to do this.
